Jesse Posted July 1 Share Posted July 1 13401 N Freeway. Used to be a bank in the 90’s (Bank of America maybe?) and has a large vault on the first floor. Early 2000’s until ~2014 was an ExxonMobil office building. Abandoned/for lease since they moved to the mothership in Spring. Crews have been tearing it down for about a week now. Must be something big going in as there are large grass lots surrounding it available for sale, and the cost to tear a building like that down must be enormous.
