A donation made in the amount of $7 Million to build a new Clubhouse, Restaurant, and Golf Team Faciities. The new facilities include: 4,500 square foot golf team facility with lockers, meeting rooms, study rooms and offices for the men's a women's golf programs. It would also build a 7,200 square foot Club House, that would include a large Pro Shop, a 110 seat restaurant and lockers and lounges for visitors and members alike. The facility will follow the classic Spanish Renaissance-style of architecture found on the campus. jgs1419 Posted March 8, 2006 Share Posted March 8, 2006 My wife and I both went to Tech in the 80s. I go back from time to time because my wife is from there. I played the Rawls course recently. Very well done.If you can't play a low draw, don't play golf in Lubbock. I'd rather play in trees all day (which I do from time to time) than hit into that wind.
