IntheKnowHouston
There is a Class 3 subdivision final plat (C3F) for 1962 Lexington St. The subdivision plat is named Lexington Place. According to the information submitted, the reason for replat is "to create three lots and revise the building line." Single family residential is planned for the property, possibly townhomes. It looks like this will be on the agenda for the next Houston planning commission meeting. https://plattracker.houstontx.gov/edrc/DocDefaultReports.aspx?myAppId=80415&MyURL=xxx.houstontx.gov/2024/Applications/&myNumb=/2024-0681/SubdivisionPlatPDF_LEXINGTON_PLAT_04.03.24-Model.pdf Edited April 9 by IntheKnowHouston
