The 1962 Lexington St parcel was sold in October. County records indicate Forest Financial LTD acquired the property.

Two months after buying the 1962 Lexington St property, Forest Financial LTD demolished the buildings once occupied by restaurants Papa Mio and Ambrosia.

Papa Mio was located at 2006 Lexington St. Ambrosia was located at 2002 Lexington St.

There is a Class 3 subdivision final plat (C3F) for 1962 Lexington St. The subdivision plat is named Lexington Place.

According to the information submitted, the reason for replat is "to create three lots and revise the building line." Single family residential is planned for the property, possibly townhomes.

It looks like this will be on the agenda for the next Houston planning commission meeting.

within tract > 9750 SF, Detention is required.
No building is allowed within any public utility easement.

  • 047.2. This is a preliminary approval only; a final plat must be approved prior to recordation.
