Williams House's manufacturing company to fabricate and build his Crain Ready-Cut House Company to build City of Southside Place. Originally the T.J. Williams House Manufacturing Company, but was rebranded as the Crain Ready-Cut House Company. This would have been in the 1920s, or late 1910s.
