The parking garage is bounded by Clay St, Smith St, Polk St, and Louisiana St. Located in downtown Houston's Skyline District, the garage is situated on approximately 1.14 acres. The parking garage has several ground level retail: Russo's New York Pizzeria - 604 Polk St Wimpy's Hamburgers - 632 Polk St Benihana - 1318 Louisiana St 609 Clay St (previously occupied by Bouray's Pho & Grill) A skybridge connects Regency Garage to Hyatt Regency. According to HCAD, the property is owned by CenterPoint Energy Properties Inc. It's located in Bouray's Pho & Grill's former unit at 609 Clay St. Honey Drizzle is a brunch restaurant from Richmond, Virginia.
