Highrise Tower Posted December 11, 2018 Share Posted December 11, 2018 I wonder who was the developer, architect, and builder of the office building in Bellaire located at 4710 Bellaire Boulevard. Looks like it's also a Medical Office Building (MOB) that contains offices for Houston Methodist, Texas Children's Hospital, Memorial Hermann, UT Physicians, and a standalone (not affiliated?) McGovern clinic. The McGovern clinic was founded on principals of John P. McGovern but I don't think the funding came directly from the McGovern family, nor the UT System. I wonder the deal about the naming rights to the clinic? I wonder if it was named that way just for the fame. Everyone knows the McGoverns.
