I think this developer is willing to wait for a better economy, lower interest rates till they develop this project. This property is actually called "Town Center West". It is being managed by SCM Services. The reason I even looked this up was because I noticed an empty portion on the western part of it and looked it up. They show Frost Bank in to the end cap where the old sign is painted over but I'm sure Frost Bank moved out. The section next to it is for lease, I noticed the boarded up windows and that is what drew my attention.
