jghall00 Posted June 29, 2005 Share Posted June 29, 2005 My fees are 399 for a 1124 sq ft 2-2 at Newcastle and Westpark. I think it's excessive, but I guess utilities are expensive these days. The newer condo conversions are expensive!!! Congrats on your new purchase, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. My wife and I walked from West U. down to Rice yesterday. 4.5 mile round trip.
