It's located on the hard corner of Yale St and West 27th St in Greater Heights area. I'm unsure which neighborhood this is located On the property is a 3,060-square-foot building. County records indicate the building was constructed in 1910 and later converted for commercial use. Sunset Heights Food Market previously occupied the building. Adjacent to the 202 W 27th St parcel is mac & cheese restaurant Jus' Mac.
