Wesley House At 1011 Elysian St.

Wesley House was founded in 1904, by a group of women from the nearby First United Methodist Church.

Around 1911 the organization was named Young Women's Co-Operative Home but reverted back to the Wesley House.  I wonder if funding, or leadership, was involved in the brief name change?

From my knowledge, this was their 3rd location built in the 1940s.

Edit: The building looks like it was built between the 1900s-1910s.
