It's on the corner of Rutland St and West 19th St. On the property are two buildings housing an eclectic collection of shops. According to HCAD records, both building were constructed in 1945: One is 10,000 sf, the other is 6,550 sf. The buildings make up a commercial establishment named 19th St Market Place. Luis Rabo, one of the franchisees of the Houston location, cites the Covid pandemic and aftermath as factors in his decision to close.
