Kaizen proposes 30-story hotel, condo tower in Uptown Dallas in KERA partnership - Dallas Business Journal (bizjournals.com) "Kaizen Development Partners LLC wants to build a 30-story hotel and condo tower just west of Uptown Dallas, instead of a previous proposal for a fully residential high-rise.
