jm1fd
taco bell's apple caramel empanadas, HANDS DOWN !!!They are quite good if they fry them right and they don't saturate with grease.I had some very good empanadas at Juanita's on TC Jester....they were chicken, black bean and corn filled. hokieone
Taco bell? The best empanadas are at Marine's on Hillcroft. Is a Colombian restaurant and they are fantastic. I usually get the traditional colombian ones, but they make all kinds of them. Excellent place.

hokieone
Is that the one near Robert E Lee?That's the one. TJones - I'm sure they are tasty in a fast food sort of way. I have my guilty pleasures such as a corn dog from Sonic every so often. I really just think its hard to think of Taco Bell as being the "best in the city" for just about anything - especially something like an empanada. I do know the phrase "don't knock it till you've tried it" but I think in this case I'll just take your word for it.
