It's located in the Woodland Heights area near Alma St and E Woodland St. According to a LoopNet listing, the building size is 2,379 sf. However, county records, a 748-square-foot and a 272-square-foot canopy roof with slab. I don't know which one is correct. 3024 Houston Ave is located next to the property, which currently is home to Uncle Bean’s Coffee. HAR.com, Coldwell Banker, and a few other real estate sites indicate the property was sold in September. According to county records, Heights RE Ventures, LLC acquired the property. According to the recent permits, plans for the property appear to be for an office.
