I was reading the newspaper The Texas Jewish Herald dated September 13, 1928 and came across a cool business advertisement. The ad was for The Big S located on Main Street Road at the Bridge. In 1928, are they speaking about South Main & Braeswood at the bayou? Or would they be speaking of Old Main Street Road? Cool piece of history. Would love to know more.
