The property is situated between E 13th St and E 14th St. On the property is a 2,486 sf house. According to county records, the house was built in 1920 and remodeled in 2003. Also outlined on the map is 1333 Yale St. Like 1335 Yale St, the 1333 Yale St parcel is 6,600 sf. There's a 2,323 sf house and another structure that's 528 sf. It's possible the restaurant could be ready to open by fall 2024. O. Xa is one of at least two forthcoming food & beverage concepts from the Papaian Group.
