According to HCAD, there are three structures on the parcel. One is a 1,440 sf building at 6504 N Main St. Another is a 950 sf building at 6500 N Main St. The other is a 208 sf structure. The parcel includes 6500 N Main St and 6504 N Main St. Adjacent to 6500 N Main St is a 0.14 acre parcel at 805 E 25th St. Both properties share the same ownership. However, a listing on Loopnet has February 2023 as a listing date. The Chicken Ranch, a fried chicken restaurant operated at 6500 N Main St for a short while.
