HOUSTON – Johnson Development, the developer of Jubilee — a new 1,662-acre community in Hockley — selected eight home builders for Phase 1. Highland Homes and Coventry Homes will build on 40-foot lots while David Weekley Homes and Newmark Homes will have 45-foot lots. Chesmar Homes and Tri Pointe Homes will build on 50-foot homesites.
