Highrise Tower Posted April 14, 2023 Share Posted April 14, 2023 I was reading the newspaper The Bellaire Texan dated January 21, 1959 and came across a grand opening article and business advertisement for Stella Link Pharmacy No. 2 located at 4122 Willowbend Blvd. Stella Link Pharmacy was owned by J.L. Drake and manager for Store No. 2 was Jim Wilson. Does anyone recall this place? Was it in a retail strip center or was it a dedicated building? Share your memories!! New Stella Link Pharmacy Opens On Willowbend Stella Link Pharmacy has opened its new second unit Stella Link Pharmacy No. 2 - at 4122 Willowbend Blvd. - with Jim Wilson as the manager and pharmacist. Mr. Wilson, who lives in Bellaire at 4808 Welford, is a graduate of University of Houston and will be welcoming old friends this week during the Grand Opening of the new pharmacy.
