The 22,500-square-foot property, located at 121 Heights Blvd, sits on an 0.52 acre parcel.

On the property is a carriage barn built in 1895. Antique store Heights Station operated there for over 40 years. The store closed its doors in 2021.

121 Heights Blvd is situated between Killen's restaurant at 101 Heights Blvd and the Union Pacific railroad track. Behind the property is self storage iStorage (previously Proguard Self Storage) at 3770 Center St. HiLine Heights apartments is a block over at 145 Heights Blvd.

The proprietors of Heights Station / Heights Station Antiques owned the 121 Heights Blvd property until 2020. County records indicate the Hattenbachs sold the property to Lakeside Trails Management group.

A year later, Heights Station closed its door. The closure was in part due to the owners retiring, according to a statement on Facebook:

"To the many wonderful Facebook friends, followers, and customers of Heights Station Antiques, the end of an era has come. I have retired and closed the store. After over  40 years of providing antiques and collectibles to the Houston Heights and the broader Houston area, I am now enjoying life full-time with family, friends, and hobbies."

"As a long time Heights preservationist, I am delighted that there are plans to keep the Heights Station building alive. The wonderful historic building is in the process of getting a facelift, and will be repurposed in the future."

S & P Interests is marketing the property.

Maybe Gary Mosley of the Creek Group is connected to Lakeside Trails Management Group? I'm not for certain.

I remember seeing an entity for 121 Heights Blvd LLC last year and Mosley listed as manager. The address listed for Lakeside Trails Management Group in the HCAD database is the same for most of Mosley's entities.

There are new listings for 121 Heights Blvd indicating it's still available for lease.

The lease listing seems to have gone up earlier this month. S & P Interests is no longer marketing the property. Instead, Chodrow Realty Advisors is.

One of the latest additions to the listing is the space is being marketed for a restaurant. At least that's what's on the Crexi listing.
