The lot borders Milby St, Commerce St, and Everton St. On the property is a 30,000 sf warehouse. The warehouse was built in 1940, according to Harris County Appraisal District. However, I noticed 110 Milby St is listed on Scarlet Capital's website under the development section. I think 110 Milby St was recently added to Scarlet Capital's website. I don't recall seeing it there a few weeks ago. Also, Scarlet Capital lists 2023 as the acquisition year of the property. I'm assuming Scarlet Capital may purchase 110 Milby St if the company hasn't already. On Scarlet Capital's website, 110 Milby St is labeled The Barrels. The 30,000-square-feet building is an infill industrial space built in the 1940's. It's an art gallery. Located at 110 Milby St, Unit 1, the name of the art gallery may be Bald Kitty. It's from the founders of Sanman Studios (See A Need. Meet A Need.) wilcal Posted October 26, 2023 Share Posted October 26, 2023 I was driving by a few weeks ago and saw some activity on site. Some light clean up, nothing too major. Interesting mix of cars there (a Corvette, and some other luxury-aimed vehicles). The Instagram is interesting saying that is a contemporary art gallery with the hours of 2pm to midnight Wed to Sun.
