The two-story residence at 426 Lovett Blvd sits on an 8,500 square foot parcel. It's on the corner of Whitney St. Both residential lots are located behind Whitney Place, a retail center at 415 Westheimer Rd. Below is the county parcel map. According to several maps, 424 Lovett Blvd is also located on the 422 Lovett Blvd parcel. Also, 428 Lovett Blvd is on the 426 Lovett Blvd parcel. Near the alley is 2815 Whitney St and 2817 Whitney St. Both are part of the 426 Lovett parcel. Both are available for sale or for lease, according to recent marketing materials. S & P Interests is marketing the 422 Lovett Blvd and 426 Lovett Blvd properties on behalf of the seller.
