In November, the landholders formed the entity 1140 W. 20th Holdings LLC. Does anyone have insight as to what's planned? Maybe a bar or some kind of food establishment is in the pipeline? In recent marketing materials for a nearby property, 1140 W 20th St is designated for future redevelopment. It's grouped with the following parcels: 1122 W 20th St 1130 W 20th St 1133 W 20th St 1138 W 20th St 1127 W 19th St 1137 W 19th St The properties are owned by the same entity. As mentioned in the topic for 1122-1137 W 20th St (which includes the former site of Hubcap Grill at 1133 W 20th St), a residential development was initially proposed for the parcels. However, that may no longer be in the works. Since the acquisition of 1122-1137 W 20th St, it's possible the owners (who also own Moonshine Deck at 1239 W 19th St) could open a bar. Perhaps there are others with more insight willing to chime in.
