The area was once known as the Pierce Junction Oil Field. The address is, probably, 0 Almeda Road, but the nearest postal address is 9000 Almeda Road, where the multifamily complex Fountains At Almeda is located. Located near the intersection of Almeda & Holmes. As my usual statement goes: This will probably be sold and developed within the next 10 years. Especially if the TMC BioPort and UT's Holmes Road property goes through with development. How many acres do you think it is? I'm guessing 100-acres, give or take?
