I was browsing the newspaper The Bellaire Texan dated August 9, 1951 and saw this advertisement: Anyone know about this place? Golf Clubs For Sale. Four used Winter-Dobson woods. $50. When I first moved to Westchase 20-ish years ago there were at least four that I can think of off the top of my head between Wilcrest and hwy 6. There's one off Clay Road in Sitting Branch that's bring converted to 100s of houses.
