There used to be one on the South side of I-10; I think it was around Memorial City Mall. (I could be totally wrong, I'm useless as far as the location of anything outside 610). It was called "Mountasia - Fantasy Golf" and they had this huge fake mountain that fronted the freeway. It closed about 10 years ago, right before they started the freeway expansion.

Now that I think about it, I think Celebration Station on 59 South also had a mini-golf...
