Highrise Tower Posted November 5, 2022 Share Posted November 5, 2022 I was looking at a Shell Oil Company map of Houston dated 1956 and noticed the road that circles Hermann Park was called Outer Belt Drive. Edit: Outer Belt Drive became South MacGregor Way, and finally became Cambridge St. Next to Memorial Hermann Hospital in the TMC over the last decade. Outer Belt Drive no longer exists.
