Highrise Tower Posted November 1, 2022 Share Posted November 1, 2022 This is the 3rd office building on that block. Looks like the building was once home to the architecture firm A. Carroll Brodnax. This building, a long with the three others, will be developed into something larger within the next 5 to 10 years. The land is far too valuable to have dilapidated, old, office buildings.
