I am reaching out to share that Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) is seeking input regarding a preliminary Method of Distribution for the allocation of $488 million in Community Development Block Grant mitigation funds from the US Department of Housing & Urban Development.

H-GAC will accept oral and written comments on the preliminary MOD untilThursday, July 28, 2022, at 5 p.m. Details for submission are available at https://www.h-gac.com/community-development-block-grant-mitigation-funds. 

 

Additionally, please know the comment period has been extended to receive comments and alternate plans regarding the proposed city council redistricting plan. Further information is available at https://www.letstalkhouston.org/redistricting. The deadline is Friday, July 29 at 4:30 p.m.
