hindesky
Years after the project was first announced, Houston-based developer Satya Inc. has hired Ludlow & Associates as the general contractor and set a groundbreaking timeline for Tiara on the Beach. The project will be among the first new condo projects on Galveston Island in about 15 years, the Houston Chronicle reported in February 2022. Construction could take 24 to 30 months once it begins. Satya CEO Sunny Bathija told the Chronicle at the time that the building would draw inspiration from Miami beachfront condos, with floor-to-ceiling windows, concierge services, private wine storage, dog grooming, housekeeping services and an activities coordinator to plan things like yoga and water aerobics classes. The residences will range from 1,661 SF to 4,306 SF. https://www.bisnow.com/houston/news/construction-development/galveston-gulf-front-mid-rise-condo-construction-set-for-this-summer-123514
