Places To Hang Out In Houston Like Planet Zero

I've noticed there is a lack of places to hang out that lack the enviornment Anime Central Planet Zero has. I really like what they're doing.

I think it would be awesome to open something similar to planet 0 that is slightly cheaper and also plays anime, arcades, karaoke, serves japanese snacks. On certain days it would be a dance party, etc. Anyway, these are idea's i've had.
