  1. 1. Despite a crappy 2020 year overall, Houston saw several trophy towers U/C or topped off. With the new year, how tall will the tallest proposed building in 2021 be?

The Museo in the Medical Center at the Mann Eye Center is proposed at 58 stories and the McNair in the Galleria area is proposed at 52 stories. I doubt either will start construction this year but if I were to bet I would lay my money on the McNair starting first.
