Toledo/ Detroit

Los Angeles/ San Diego >:)

Louisville/ Lexington

Houston/ Beaumont

New York City/ Philadelphia/ Bridgeport, CT, Providence, RI >:)

Chicago/Milwaukee @ Michigan Indiana cities >:)

Omaha/ Lincoln

Topeka/ Kansas City/ St Joesph >:)

El Paso/ Las Cruces

Akron/ Cleveland/ Youngtown >:)

Atlanta/ Columbus, GA

New York/Philadelphia might be possible. Parts of Pennsylvania are already counted in the New York metro.

Same with Chicago - Parts of Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan are already counted that way. In the extended area, even some parts of Iowa are Chicago ADI -- depending on how you're measuring things.
