Friends who have spaces in the warehouse bldg. where Winston Street does a 90 degree turn south into Conoly Street.

They have been given a month to move out. Seems the property was bought by the adjoining food service company just next to it on Conoly to be bundled to develop something. 

It looks like a possible apartment site. Several warehouses on a very potholed parking lot. This property is just a block or two west of Airline and North of N. Main.

Just west and around the corner from Teohuitican on Airline.
