The stuff on the website is all very fluffy about what they want to do. i assume that Bill Baldwin wants to take a shot at running for Mayor or City Council. But he is still bearing a grudge over the historic districts. He listed new construction in a historic district by noting that a house that size will never be able to get built in the HDs again due to the guidelines.
