dbigtex56 Posted November 9, 2018 Share Posted November 9, 2018 The real loss is the footprint of the building, which, because of the grandfathering clause, wasn't constrained by setback ordinances. Not sure if grandfathering also applies to parking, but any chance of reopening a predominantly pedestrian/bicycle oriented business there has been lost.
