werdserf 99 Posted November 3, 2016 Share Posted November 3, 2016 Based on what you guys and gals have heard and seen through the years, how corrupt would you say the Houston legal system is on a scale from 1 to 10? From the street cops up to the D.A.'s office. Are we as bad as Chicago but know how to keep it out of the press? Squeaky clean, or somewhere in the middle? Blue Dogs Posted March 1, 2017 Share Posted March 1, 2017 Houston's somewhere in the middle, but not that outright corrupt unless you want to bring up the infamous Political Scandals of 1997 that brought down several Houston politicos.
