skwatra Posted August 25, 2005 Share Posted August 25, 2005 i was just flipping channels in my hotel in FL, and i saw a light rail train in a little spot, with the commentator saying "beautiful light rail" then i realized it was Main Street Square and the train said Fannin on it. caught me by surprise, it was some boxing match on Sun Sports (regional sports channel). also, did anyone catch the ESPN 50 States tour stop in TX? they started by showing JSC, highlited supertanker surfing in galveston and Permian HS football. they also talked about the recent championships (rockets, spurs, stars, cowboys), astros great pitching, lance, aj foyt, george foreman, and many others. the supertanker surfing thing was interesting, i had heard about it but never seen it before.
