Sparrow
I noticed all four corners of the intersection of Chapman and Conti in far north Downtown just north of I-10 are on the upcoming planning commission agenda. Any idea what's going on here?
Urbannizer
I was wondering the same thing as this is next to Hardy Yards. The applicant is Wilson Industries. Triton
Is this where they eventually plan to build I10 and I45?
Sparrow
Is this where they eventually plan to build I10 and I45? Schematics seem to indicate such. One reason why these four plats are so intriguing. The combined ~10 acres has superior direct highway access to all of the major highways in both directions. The CBD is at the doorstep. Bus terminal and light rail is just over the rail road tracks. Quite a location if someone is indeed moving on with development before TxDOT makes a move. AREJAY
Did a little digging, but not much that i could find... It looks like Wilson Supply (pipe and tubing supplier for O&G industry) was bought by NOV in 2012, and spun off later in 2014 as Distribution Now. Also found this listing, with the warehouse / office space for lease: http://s.lnimg.com/attachments/099E1CCC-245F-4EE8-9733-D1FF199B8C08.pdf

I went inside the building a few times when meeting him for lunch. It was severely outdated, but a cool location.
