Hollister, north of Long Point, is one of those streets that falls in-between estalished area neighborhoods, and so there is quite a bit of development going on there at the moment. I drove by there a few days back, and there is already a David Weekly development complered acriss the street, and there are a couple of other developments about to be started on that street.
