Will Antoine See Renovation ?

As there are current street and highway improvement projects around the city ,I was wondering will Antoine  see any renovation in the near future? The reason I asked is because Antoine is a old street that sees heavy and rush hour traffic coming and going both north and southbound daily even on weekends . I believe Antoine should be renovated . What do you think?

Houston is ridiculous. The spread of heavy traffic is unbelievable. I mean 1960 for example is about 20 miles away from downtown (fringe in most other cities) and the street is packed with cars all day.

The odd thing is all the really bad traffic areas are outside the core. Really odd city

And there was virtually no thought to the infrastructure when those areas developed since they were unincorporated. The burbs are a nightmare for traffic.
