The giant ( it stands 28-feet tall), all-inclusive, three-dimensional love letter to Houston was the creation of David Adickes, the Houston area sculptor responsible for some of Houston’s most larger-than-life public art. swtsig Posted April 4, 2014 Share Posted April 4, 2014 nice photo. that said, i really don't care for its location in a total non-descript chunk of dirt in front of some residential along the freeway. that sign is just screaming to be placed prominently in stude park where it would make a much stronger visual impact.
