The building stands 2 1/2 inches tall from base to highest point. The base itself is 8 inches long and 5 inches wide. I think it resembles some sort of hotel establishment. It could be some sort of "Mission Critical" facility too, or a manufacturing facility that needs a large vertical component that needs to be housed indoors? Yes, I'm ashamed I don't know how to properly scale model buildings. I just make them by visualizations, perhaps draw them on paper, then start construction!
