Architects, sound off

Architects are like anyone else, I'm sure. They want to know what others think about their work, even if it is some Internet troll.

I'm assuming there's got to be plenty of architects either posting, or more likely lurking on HAIF.

I'd like to hear their opinions on the opinions of armchair Internet architecture critics.

What are we clueless about (costs, developer/client desires, architect realities/limitations etc).

When someone starts being critical of your work or others, what are you thinking?
