The hearings will take place Wednesday, September 26, 2012, at 6 p.m. and Wednesday, October 3, 2012, at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 901 Bagby, 2nd Floor, Houston 77002. The bond referendums as well as two proposed changes to the City Charter will be found near the end of what will be a very long ballot.
