heights Posted August 17, 2012 Share Posted August 17, 2012 I've been noticing the preparations for some sort of construction work along Heights Blvd between 18th and 20th. First they did a bunch of surveying and utility marking and now they've placed orange plastic fencing around some of the trees.Anyone know what they are doing?Separately, I see they have traffic counters in the 1700 block of Heights Blvd. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
