rsb320 Posted June 1, 2012 Share Posted June 1, 2012 A strange yellow structure was erected near the jails today. It's roughly where the Peden Iron Works building was. It's really tall and looks too frail to be a crane, but similar to a crane. It's way taller than all of the structures in the area, so I can't imagine what it is.Any clues?
