lockmat Posted September 30, 2011 Share Posted September 30, 2011 I saw a Fox 26 report on a new affordable housing apartment complex for seniors and it had some things that surprised me.The first, which is similar to what I've heard Tom Tynan talk about, is that little a/c is needed. The lady in the video says people comment how cool it is in her place and she responds by saying the a/c is not on. Can insulation really make that big of a difference?
