As building this parkway or freeway it could reduce 5% of highway heavy traffic in HOUSTON.I enjoy seeing Houston growing very rapidly. (Dont let that bother with anybody.)I enjoy seeing construction going on in this city on freeways.So build it all around the area like u planned it.
