I thought this video was really good as well and I think it would be very beneficial in aiding our thoughts on future discussions on new buildings in Houston.

The major thought I liked, which is probably obvious but always more understood when spoken by a professional in a clear, concise manner, is that "form follows finance." He states many cities these days want the iconic "ferrari" super tall skyscraper for the price of a "Ford."

In this case, I hope for more 40-50 story scrapers that are more architecturally appealing than a 70+ Chase building.
